Spent 2 nights in this hotel during our trip in Glen Allen. The room was stylish & impressive, came with walk in shower and the nice big bathroom, as for instance. The personnel was extremely friendly as expected. The location for Glen Allen was particularly good, close enough to restaurants and activities, a trailer park, and the beach. Furthermore, in the best area.
The staff we met were very rude.

Think that this incredibly beautiful hotel is beyond compare, greatly enjoyed it. The property is fairly clean, the staff is pleasant, and the room is impressive and spacious. The breakfast is served in the lobby! The location is marvellous and they have parking on-site.

Hotel as a whole is incredibly beautiful and quiet little, I thoroughly enjoyed it.
The hotel is clean and the rooms are impressive. It has friendly stuff. 28 minutes drive to the airport, it is located close to many attractions.

Our stay at Avid was fantastic! The value for money was great, with a clean and modern room that had a big TV and stylish bathroom. The location was perfect, just a 10-minute drive to Richmond Raceway, and the staff treated us with friendliness and prompt service. We'll definitely be coming back as season pass holders for King's Dominion!
The breakfast offerings could use a little improvement, perhaps by adding more variety or hot options.

I got great value for my money at Avid Hotel. The room was clean, modern, and had a big TV. The location was convenient, just 10 minutes from Richmond Raceway. The staff was friendly and took care of any issues immediately.
